We’re looking to add a Senior Human Resource Manager to be part of our HR team in our Penang office.
As a Senior Human Resource Manager, You will :
- Fulfill manpower needs through external and internal staffing process. This includes coming out improved effective solutions and sustainable structure for sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing testing and offering.
- Evaluate and analyze workforce movements, remuneration, organization structure & workforce demographics to draw suitable recommendations to ensure competitiveness, relevance & continue to improve in productivity and market competition.
- Cultivate an understanding of Venture’s Vision, Mission, Core values, major policies, etc., thereby contributing to a positive and energized culture and workforce.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation are in compliance with employment laws, customer’s or audit requirements. This includes keeping abreast local law changes so as to ensure HR practices are always in compliance with the law.
- Managing Employee relations, issues and conflicts management to bringing them to resolution.
- Initiate and champion for employee relations and wellness programs so as to enhance bonding, two-way communication and employee engagement.
- Upkeep the HR policies, procedures and document template’s structure and ensure regular review to keep this documentation updated and make them accessible through suitable media.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations.
- Building an effective HR team with continuous development of the HR team members.
- Perform corporate projects as assigned by the company.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
Bachelor Degree in Human resources management, or equivalent discipline.Minimum 10 years of HR operation and business partnering experience from MNC environment. Out of which, at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the same industry or closely related business environment.Effective team player with leadership ability to build and maintain relationship with all stakeholders to achieve results.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with people at all levels in the organization and excellent listening skills.Demonstrated ability to manage projects through to completion and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to work independently with limited support, using independent judgement & discretion.Analytical, flexible, self & result-driven and proactive in seeking for continuous improvement.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).If you embody the spirit of excellence, passion for discovery, innovation and enterprise, and the desire to make a difference in the world of technology and electronics, come join the Venture team!
