We’re looking to add a Senior Human Resource Manager to be part of our HR team in our Penang office.

As a Senior Human Resource Manager, You will :

• Fulfill manpower needs through external and internal staffing process. This includes coming out improved effective solutions and sustainable structure for sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing testing and offering.
• Evaluate and analyze workforce movements, remuneration, organization structure & workforce demographics to draw suitable recommendations to ensure competitiveness, relevance & continue to improve in productivity and market competition.
• Cultivate an understanding of Venture’s Vision, Mission, Core values, major policies, etc., thereby contributing to a positive and energized culture and workforce.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation are in compliance with employment laws, customer’s or audit requirements. This includes keeping abreast local law changes so as to ensure HR practices are always in compliance with the law.
• Managing Employee relations, issues and conflicts management to bringing them to resolution.
• Initiate and champion for employee relations and wellness programs so as to enhance bonding, two-way communication and employee engagement.
• Upkeep the HR policies, procedures and document template’s structure and ensure regular review to keep this documentation updated and make them accessible through suitable media.
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations.
• Building an effective HR team with continuous development of the HR team members.
• Perform corporate projects as assigned by the company.
