Job Opportunity : Customer Service HR Executive
Job Overview :
Join our client in a pivotal role supporting HR and payroll operations for clients in Malaysia and globally. As a Customer Service HR Executive, you will handle core HR functions, coordinate payroll, assist with onboarding / offboarding, and manage inquiries on policies and procedures. Your contributions will play a key part in enhancing the Platform's payroll knowledge base and client support offerings.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- HR & Payroll Operations : Manage end-to-end HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee data records, expense policies, and offboarding.
- Customer Support : Address inquiries across various channels, assisting with overseas visa applications, reimbursements, onboarding, offboarding, and local employment policies.
- Collaboration & Issue Resolution : Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Employee Mobility : Provide support with work visa applications for expat staff in Malaysia and globally.
- Process Compliance : Adhere to global guidelines, service processes, and continuously improve service efficiency.
Requirements :
