As a Brand & Marketing Senior Executive, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving GATSBY’s business and brand growth in Malaysia. You’ll co-develop brand strategy, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborate with both global and local teams to deliver impactful results that strengthen brand equity and profitability.
Job Responsibility
- Brand Strategy Leadership - Co-develop brand positioning and yearly marketing plans with the Brand Manager to strengthen GATSBY’s leadership in men’s grooming and drive sustainable share growth.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns - Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns — from insight to execution — across digital, influencer, in-store, and media touchpoints with creative and media agencies.
- Consumer & Market Insight - Drive deep understanding of young Malay male consumers and category trends through social listening, data analytics, and market research to uncover meaningful insights that fuel creative strategy.
- Innovation & Business Opportunity - Work closely with global and local product development team to identify and evaluate new product or marketing opportunities through consumer and market studies, ensuring relevance to local needs and growth potential.
- A&P & Profitability Management - Manage brand A&P budget efficiently, balancing topline growth and cost efficiency while maintaining brand equity and consumer loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with global branding, product development, sales and trade marketing teams to ensure strong alignment and execution excellence.
- Mentorship & Leadership - Support and guide junior marketing team members, fostering collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.
