Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC or IT operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. Familiar with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, or PRTG. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Able to work under pressure and manage incidents calmly. Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (NOC TEAM LEADER) : Supervise the Network Operations Center (NOC) team. Ensure effective monitoring, rapid incident response, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). Manage and develop the NOC team, serving as an escalation point for critical issues. Provide coaching and training to improve team skills and ensure smooth operations of the 24 / 7 NOC environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead, mentor, and manage NOC engineers. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth. Incident & Problem Management : Act as the escalation point for urgent issues. Oversee incident response, coordinate resources, and ensure timely resolution. Document and implement corrective actions. Monitoring & SLA Adherence : Oversee infrastructure monitoring and incident tracking. Ensure adherence to SLAs by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Report performance results to management. Technical Expertise : Utilize knowledge of monitoring tools (SolarWinds, network infrastructure, troubleshooting). Provide technical guidance to the team.
