Retail Sales Executive | UP5000

Job descriptionEngage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on interior styling solutions. Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing product displays and store layouts. Stay updated on latest interior design trends and product knowledge. Make appointments with customers for Interior Design Service. Follow up actively on sales orders, deliveries and claims to ensure a high level of after‑sales service. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent is a plus. Great team player, good interpersonal skills, and self‑motivated. Passionate about creating exceptional in‑store experience. Experience in interior design, and / or selling furniture, luxury retail, and hospitality industry – advantage. Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software is a plus. Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for senior role.
Salary : RM 3500 - RM 5000, not including commissions.
Working Hours : 10am - 8pm, 5 days a week including weekends.
