IT Executive ( Network / CCTV )

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management : Support, configure, and troubleshoot comprehensive IT network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, CCTV systems, and various hardware components to ensure seamless operations across all locations.
• System Administration : Manage domain / file servers, mail servers, and web applications while performing software installations and maintaining operational quality of desktops, notebooks, and peripherals.
• Technical Problem Solving : Diagnose system failures, implement corrective solutions, and provide both onsite and offsite consulting services while proactively identifying potential issues and risks.
• Specialized System Support : Work closely with EBI-POS system suppliers to resolve functionality problems, monitor CCTV systems across headquarters and branches, and provide technical expertise for retail operations.
