Job Overview
We are seeking a hands‑on and results‑driven Head of Marketing & Sales to lead, build, and continuously optimize high‑impact campaigns that drive real business results. This role goes beyond generating leads. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are effective, efficient, continuously improved, and successfully converted to patient show‑ups and long‑term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Align marketing and sales strategies with the Head of Operation and Head Doctor.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, marketing team, content strategist, and multimedia designer.
- Set up, rebuild, refine, and optimize campaigns regularly to maintain performance.
- Oversee CRM, segmentation, community strategy, and long‑term patient engagement.
- Drive daily patient show‑ups and revenue targets across all branches.
- Plan, launch, monitor, refine, troubleshoot, and relaunch campaigns across Omnichannel Social Media, Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), Influencer Marketing, Sales Closing Bridges, and Community Management.
- Continuously improve campaigns, not just run them. If performance drops, you fix, rebuild, reset strategy, rewrite scripts, and optimize processes until results are achieved.
- Ensure every campaign has a structured funnel, measurable conversions, and predictable outcomes.
- Build and manage a high‑performance team across sales, marketing, content, and creative.
- Train sales and customer service staff on scripts, tonality, CRM handling, follow‑ups, objections, and closing techniques.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.
- Design, refine, and scale multi‑channel lead generation campaigns.
- Own CRM segmentation, nurturing pipelines, automated reactivation flows, and patient lifetime value strategies.
- Strengthen community touchpoints to drive high engagement and repeat visit behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly.
- Analyze bottlenecks, test variations, improve scripts, tweak audiences, optimize landing pages, and refine messaging.
- Present clear performance reviews with why, what, and next actions.
- Develop and manage influencer networks, referral pipelines, and corporate partnerships.
- Strengthen brand presence across digital and offline channels.
- Identify new campaign angles based on industry trends and behavioral insights.
- Ensure messaging, patient handling, and on‑ground clinic experience are aligned.
- Work closely with Head of Operation and Head Doctor for seamless touchpoint flow from online to offline.
- Prevent patient drop‑offs by bridging gaps across marketing, sales, and clinic services.
- Set up dashboards for real‑time monitoring of leads, conversions, show‑ups, CAC, LTV, pipeline stages, and revenue forecasts.
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to guide decision‑making.
- Translate data into actions, not just numbers. If results drop, troubleshoot and repair the system immediately.
Qualifications and Skills
8+ years in digital marketing and / or sales leadership with proven results.Experience managing performance campaigns and sales conversion processes.Strong CRM, funnel‑building, content direction, and analytics skills.Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, CRM tools, automation platforms.Familiarity with healthcare or wellness‑related industries (preferred).What We Offer
