(Night Shift only) Airline Mandarin Customer Service

- 8 : 30 PM to 8 : 30 AM, Monday to Sunday
- Intake : 6 Nov
- Each shift duration : 9 hours 30 minutes, includes a 1-hour meal break and a 30-minute break time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service via phone or email in both Traditional Mandarin and Average English.Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service-related questions.Manage and resolve issues, including flight bookings, ticketing inquiries, and other travel-related concerns.Process reservations and support tasks related to airline programs and associated products.Process transactions and ensure accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.Utilize company systems to handle customer requests.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.Ensure timely resolution and follow up on customer concerns.Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication at all times.Work the assigned midnight shifts and adapt to a flexible working schedule.Requirements
Minimum SPM Holder or higher with 1 year of customer service experience.Proficient in Traditional Mandarin and average English (both written and spoken).Experience in the flight booking is a plus but not mandatory.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer requests.Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.Comfort with working midnight shifts.Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Seniority level
