Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. Additionally, the Brand Manager will analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive brand growth and innovation.
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve business goals.
- Define brand positioning, values, and messaging to differentiate from competitors.
- Conduct market analysis and consumer insights to identify opportunities and threats.
2. Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and monitor 360° marketing campaigns (digital, retail, PR, events, KOL / influencer).Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (online, offline, packaging, communication).Collaborate with creative, media, and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns.3. Product & Portfolio Management
Work closely with regional / global HQ on product launches, lifecycle management, and discontinuations.Analyze product performance and recommend pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.Identify new product opportunities aligned with market trends.4. Budget & Performance Management
Manage and optimize brand marketing budget.Track ROI and campaign effectiveness through KPIs and sales performance.Prepare monthly / quarterly brand performance reports.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, retail, e-commerce, and supply chain teams to drive brand growth.Support training teams with brand / product knowledge for retail staff.Work with trade marketing and visual merchandising for in-store executions.6. Digital & Consumer Engagement
Drive digital presence via social media, e-commerce platforms, and brand website.Lead influencer / creator collaborations and community engagement initiatives.Monitor consumer sentiment, feedback, and brand reputation online / offline.7. Innovation & Growth
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.Recommend innovations in marketing approach, partnerships, and brand collaborations.Explore new channels (e.g., TikTok Shop, marketplaces, experiential marketing).Qualifications
Degree in Marketing / Business or equivalent.3–6 years experience in brand / marketing management, preferably in skincare / beauty / FMCG.Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.Proficient in digital marketing, e-commerce, and campaign execution.Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
