To handle and prepare pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as site registration, issuance of Letters of Offer, Letters of Interest, and other related correspondence, as well as preparing Tenancy Agreements and tenancy reports.
To manage and ensure all tenancy documentation is in order and properly filed in tenancy files or accurately input into the digitalized Tenancy Management System.
To maintain effective tenancy administration, including landlord details, tenancy details, deposit records, and to maintain and update all rental records in the Tenancy Masterlist.
To update monthly store opening and store growth reports.
To compile required documents and follow up with the respective negotiators when needed.
To liaise with internal departments for supporting documents related to licence and renovation permit applications.
To carry out any other assignments assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree.
At least 3 years of working experience in tenancy management, with experience in using and maintaining a Tenancy Management System (TMS), or experience using systems for managing tenants / landlords.
Proactive with a positive attitude, independent, and possesses strong organizational and good time management skills.
Good understanding and command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of legal and professional contexts will be an added advantage.
Advanced PC user : proficient in Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
