Job Purpose

The Executive, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for managing the primary business mobile contact, growing the Assisted Living Unit (ALU), Independent Living Unit (ILU) and Post-Hospital Discharge market segments, and driving both short-stay and long-stay occupancy. This role also involves supporting the sales and marketing team in executing strategies aimed at increasing room revenue in alignment with the proposed goals.

Job Scope : -

1.   ALU and ILU Market Development :

• Develop and implement strategies to grow occupancy in the ALU and ILU segments for both short and long stays.
• Actively engage in outreach to potential clients and referral sources to promote Sunway Sanctuary's senior living offerings.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and maximize occupancy rates.
