Operations Planning & Growth Manager (Transport & Network Planning)

Conduct data analysis to identify gaps in operational performance. Develop dashboards and analysis to support operations decision-making. Simulate data to improve logistics speed standards with operational cost become the key consideration. Lead strategic projects to reduce lead time with efficienct cost. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations. Monitor shipper performance to meet lead time targets. Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably from the express logistics / supply chain planning / logistics consulting company 3 years experience in Network Operation Design is a must Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Economics from a top university. Strong analytical and project management skills. Proficient in Excel A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable insights.
