Responsibilities

• Establish capacity planning and productivity model database.
• Conduct time and motion study to improve work method.
• Conduct improvement study and improve workstation layout.
• Coordinate machine crating and uncrating, transfers intersite, to machine vendor, to customer.
• Plant layout plans, machine layout plans and workstation layout.
• Coordinate capacity ramp up plan.
• Maintain and update Capacity database when necessary.
• Coordinate factory expansion and new building.
• Quality Accountability : i) Enforce compliance to standard operating procedures and specifications. ii) Address or escalate subordinate feedback. iii) Execute, proliferate, monitor and follow up changes / quality performance. iv) Communicate quality alert / changes to subordinates and peers in a timely manner.
• Any other duties assigned which falls within the above job summary.

Education Level and Field of Study :

Degree in industrial engineering or any related field

Working Experience :

Must have 5-8 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement roles. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead position.

Technical and Professional Knowledge :

AutoCAD (applicable to layout planning team)
