Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or marketing, ideally in technology or food & beverage or fitness industries.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- Able to speak in English.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an advantage.
- Proven sales management experience.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting : Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand market trends and customer needs to position our SaaS solutions effectively.Client Consultation : Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored SaaS solutions that address their goals.Sales Presentations and Demos : Deliver compelling product presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our SaaS offerings and differentiating us from competitors.Negotiation and Closing : Lead contract negotiations, handle pricing discussions, and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.Relationship Management : Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Provide post-sale support and assist clients with onboarding and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to provide feedback for product improvement.Reporting and Analytics : Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
