Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Minimum 8 years' experience in shipping or logistics industry. Strong sales track record and industry knowledge. Experience in FCL, LCL, barge, and forwarder markets is an advantage. Excellent selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to manage import / export operations and customs matters. Proficient in MS Office and client presentations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Represent and market company services to local and international markets.
- Acquire corporate clients with focus on private players and project businesses.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Achieve sales targets for Freight Forwarding, Transport, and Container Division.
- Organize sales activities and coordinate with internal teams.
- Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor activities.
- Handle Seafreight, Airfreight, Inland and Cross-border Trucking, and Warehousing.
- Lead and motivate operations team for planning and execution.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of import / export operations.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
