To support and execute HR operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth management of manpower, compliance, employee relations, and HR administrative functions in line with company policies and legal requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and executing recruitment activities for factory-based roles (operators, line leaders, supervisors, etc.).
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and induction for new hires.
- Oversee daily attendance records and ensure accuracy of timekeeping data.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing.
- Support in handling employee grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring mandatory trainings such as food safety, GMP, HACCP, and safety inductions.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation.
- Assist in audits, license renewals, and submission of reports to relevant authorities (e.g., JTK, DOSH).
- Assist in coordinating employee medical checkups, health programs, and welfare activities.
- Assist in managing hostel, transportation, and canteen matters where applicable.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.Familiar with Malaysian Labour Law and HR best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.Able to work independently, multitask, and handle confidential information.Soft Skills
