Overview
Support and manage full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, orientation, appraisal & evaluations, management of attendance & leave, compensation & benefits administration, recommending changes to sustain business performance. Work closely with HODs to provide opinions with regards to HR matters - candidate selection, employee career path, contribution constructive criticism for better company future and direction. Fulfill the recruitment needs of the station managers on manpower requests. Liaise and work with recruitment agencies, vendors and schools in sourcing for talents. Responsible in foreign workers management i.e. employment pass, working permit application, renewal, etc complying to Malaysia Immigration regulations. Liaison with agent for all foreign workers matter. Responsible for payroll preparation, handling employee issues, HR policies & procedures. Responsible for Learning & Development of employees such as Training Needs Analysis, training budget. HRDF Administration and claim process. Review and improve employee benefits by studying and conducting research based on market trends and employee needs. Recommending employee benefits to management. Responsible in all employee insurance administration and management such as Group H&S insurance, GPA insurance-renewal, admission and deletion, insurance claim etc. Any other ad-hoc HR tasks by HR Manager when necessary.
Education and Experience
Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources / Administrative / Business or equivalent
At least 2 to 3 years HR experience in manufacturing environment is required.
Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to interact with all level of staffs / management
Conversant with Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act and other Statutory regulations
