Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business needs
Support performance management, learning & development, and change managementProvide strategic HR input for business transformation projectsTalent Acquisition & DevelopmentLead end-to-end recruitment to attract top talent
Drive talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance cyclesIdentify learning needs and coordinate training programsCoach managers and employees on career developmentEmployee Experience & Internal CommunicationCultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
Plan and execute employee engagement and communication initiativesOversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboardingAdministration & ComplianceManage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal HR policiesContinuously improve HR systems and operational processesOccupational Safety & Health (OSH)Ensure adherence to OSH regulations and company safety standards
Coordinate safety audits, training, and reportingPromote a culture of health and safetyHR Projects, Policies & BudgetLead HR improvement initiatives and support group-level projects
Maintain and update the employee handbookManage the annual HR budget and monitor key HR metricsWhat We’re Looking For
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience
6–8 years of HR experience, including recruitment and generalist rolesStrong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skillsExperience in employee engagement and internal communicationsProficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office toolsSelf-motivated, organized, and adaptableWilling to travel to Kuala Lumpur monthly#J-18808-Ljbffr
