CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER (Aseptic)

Mission

To provide on-site and remote technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training for aseptic filling and packaging machines. Ensure optimal machine uptime and compliance with sterile manufacturing standards to meet customer expectations.

Main Tasks

• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting of aseptic machinery at customer sites.
• Execute hands‑on repair work including reprogramming, software modifications, and replacement of worn or damaged components.
• Advise customers on modification plans or replacement parts to maintain optimal machine efficiency.
• Recommend methods to maximize operational efficiency and advise on preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical assistance remotely via email or phone to help resolve machine issues.
• Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer problems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding replacement parts and service logistics.
• Conduct test runs on machines before delivery and after installation at customer premises.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of machine installations with customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by manager.
