Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Leadership : Drive and oversee the full-spectrum marketing strategy for the Commercial Division, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Merchant & Partner Initiatives : Collaborate with Category Leads to craft and deliver compelling marketing and growth strategies for partners.
• Consumer Activation : Lead go-to-market initiatives for commercial offerings, boosting awareness, adoption, and engagement within key customer segments.
• Integrated Marketing Execution : Manage digital, offline, and partner-driven campaigns to ensure impactful delivery and strong ROI.
• Analytics & Optimization : Utilize data and insights to monitor campaign performance, refine strategies, and guide future marketing efforts.
• Team Development : Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering strong collaboration across Commercial, Product, and Growth functions.
• Cross-Functional Synergy : Work closely with merchant services, category managers, and platform teams to create unified, impactful marketing narratives.
• Brand Development : Enhance brand visibility across major sectors (retail, eCommerce, mobility, SMEs), supporting the “beyond payments, beyond Malaysia” positioning.
