Job Description We are seeking a Junior L3 Support Engineer specializing in Core Banking applications to join our team. The role involves incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ensuring application stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for Core Banking – Investments & Wealth applications.

Handle application maintenance and production support activities including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and service continuity.

Work on DevOps practices to enhance deployment and operational efficiency.

Perform root cause analysis and preventive measures for recurring incidents.

Maintain documentation and knowledge base for ongoing support activities.

Technical Skills & Requirements Must Have :

Domain knowledge in Investments & Wealth.

Hands-on experience with :

MS-SQL Server

• .NET, SQL

Familiarity with ALDON (software deployment automation on AS400).

Exposure to DevOps tools & practices.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
