About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Operation Supervisor. In this full‑time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, with a monthly basic salary ranging from RM2,500 – RM3,500 , you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality customer support and improving the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Cash Customers)
• Order processing and tracking customer orders, returns, and complaints (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Cash Customers)
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and orders
• Collaborating with the sales team to support customer relationship management activities
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
