Technical Lead – Php & React

Open to foreign candidates currently based in Malaysia

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead with strong PHP and React expertise to join their growing team. If you're a natural leader with a passion for clean code, scalable systems, and mentoring others — this role is for you.

✅ Qualifications & Skills :

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience

Proven expertise in PHP and React (experience with Go or Node.js is a plus)

Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and delivering production systems

Strong knowledge of algorithms , data structures , and system decomposition

Deep understanding of OOP , design patterns , and writing testable, maintainable code

Proficiency in SQL , relational database design, and OLTP / OLAP principles

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and workflows (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Hands-on experience writing unit, functional, and integration tests

Comfortable working in Agile , cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
