We act as Environmental Trainer & Consultant for industrial factory, helping our client to comply with Department of Environment (DOE) Regulations & requirement.

Our company is expanding rapidly now and is seeking for a team of dedicated, dynamic, passionate and independent candidate to join our company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct technical training courses related to Industrial Air Pollution Control
• Organize & Schedule training events, public or in-house seminars.
• Develop & Design new training program including Prepare training material, powerpoint presentation slides, training manuals, training Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Assignments, Training Need Analysis, Training Planner, Training kits etc.
• Prepare lesson plans including methods, media, documentation
• Preparation of practical and theory examination
• Prepare new training modules in accordance with latest business needs or legal requirement. Update or improve current training modules with latest information
• Identify appropriate improvement on training skills from time to time
• Booking of training rooms, hotels, event halls, food catering, accommodation, transportation etc for trainers & participants. Ensure positive learning environment during training course.
• Prepare training modules, stationery, toiletries for all participants prior to training
• Assist in administrative duties related to delivery of training
• Handle customer enquiries (through emails and phone calls) related to training
• Designing or update course brochure, update website
• Welcome participants by greeting them in person & provide excellent customer service to all training participants during the training
• Provide assistance to trainers before / during / after the training
• Maintain & update training database, hardcopy & softcopy filing system
• Training evaluation, post-training follow up

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Passion in training
• Confident and able to conduct training or presentation to public
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• You are very organise and pay good attention to detail
• You are hardworking and have good working attitude
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both writing and speaking)
• Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Video, photo
• Minimum Degree or any other equivalent qualifiation in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental / Civil Engineering or Environmental Science
• Good technical knowledge on industrial air pollution control system will be added advantage
• Have relevant experience in industrial will be added advantage
• HRDF Train The Trainer TTT Cert will be added advantage
• Competent Person in CePBFO, CePSO will be added advantage
• Locations : Seri Kembangan Balakong, Selangor
• 5 days week; Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm (with flexibility needed)
• Full-time position
• Salary Range : RM2,500~RM3,000 + Performance Bonus
• Start work ASAP
