Lead, ITBP Airlines Operation (Ground)
Execute assigned business units (IT Corporate Services) on technology requirements, IT Support (incidents and problem management), and IT Service Management to support business operations of the business in performing the respective business and operational functions.
Strategic : Collaborate with business units to support support business improvement initiatives and strategize for business solutioning and sourcing by engaging the relevant technology vendors.
Operational : Assisting business unit for business solution for identified business issues and process gaps in operational areas and oversees the overall progress of business process continuous improvement initiatives (Technology component) in collaboration with the business unit
Operational : Monitor and support all issues escalation in relation to the application operations and related Service Level Agreement to support the day-to-day operational requirements by liaising with the business units and IT service providers
Operational : Oversees the progress of business process continuous improvement initiatives (Technology component) in collaboration with the business unit and the relevant IT vendors to ensure sustainable systems and operations environments
Organisation & People : Support the business unit transformation towards leveraging on data and IT applications, business intelligence, by acting as facilitator and trainer for the applications.
Internal Business Process : Actively participate in capability development activities (to bridge skill / knowledge gaps) and provide recommendations to business users on value added functional design / solutions .
