Job description

Requirement :

Possess at least Diploma / Degree in in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent or relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, preferably involving high-rise projects.
Willing to learn and fast learner
Result oriented, success driven and self starter
Able to work independently plus good communication

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Ensure all system – mechanical, air conditioning, electrical, sanitary and domestic are in good working condition

Plan and supervise daily, weekly and monthly system and mechanical operations

Handle complaints pertaining to mechanical and electrical system

Perform fabrication and modification work (electrical wiring, equipment installations etc)

To inspect water distribution system and report any leakage, breakdown and conditions of pipes and tanks

Monitor / perform routine maintenance as per scheduled

To propose and discuss methods to prevent constant breakdown pertaining to plumbing and electrical works

To supervise and organise works of Sub-contractors and other site works

To prepare daily site records and reports

Arranging and supervising of work activities and checking of works to ensure high quality standards achieved

To liaise with consultants on day to day inspection on site

Any other duties that may be assigned by Head of Dept from time to time.
