Job Title : Business Development Executive (2pax)

Salary Range : Basic RM2k + Comm + Allowance

Benefits : Petrol & Outstation Allowance & Medical Claim

EPF / SOCSO / EIS , Annual Bonus

Working Hours：Monday- Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)- Lunch : 12.30pm to 1 : 30pm / Saturday - 8.30am to 12 : 30pm (1 / 2 day)

Job Scopes

• Channel Development and Management : Identify and develop new channels, and establish and maintain good relationships with partners. Evaluate and select suitable channels and partners for the company, and sign cooperation agreements with them.
• Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor situations, and customer needs. Analyze the market situation, develop, and adjust channel strategies to increase market share.
• Goal Management : Set targets and monitor the completion of these targets. Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback, and make timely adjustments to poorly performing channels.
• Communication and Coordination : Act as a bridge between the company and channel partners, ensuring smooth information transmission. Handle issues and conflicts in channel cooperation, maintaining good cooperative relationships.
• Risk Management : Assess potential risks in channel cooperation and develop corresponding counter measures.
