Manage the Information Counter and exhibit excellent customer service skills in the course of duty.
Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to inquiries from the public.
Perform paging and in-house announcement based on the standard guidelines and paging scripts.
Handle the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System which includes data capturing, keying-in, updating, etc.
Handle customers’ feedback and complaints
Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
Ensure that proper housekeeping is performed on a regular basis so that the Customer Service Counter is clean and tidy at all times.
Assist in Marcom’s events as well as other promotional activities.
Perform simple administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a school qualification (SPM / STPM) / Professional Certificate in any field.
Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Possess a pleasant disposition and passion for service excellence.
Be proactive and attentive to details.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
Be able to rotate on shifts and work varied hours or days including weekends and public holidays.
