Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a team of contract agents, ensuring they are aligned with acquisition goals and operational standards.

Identify, negotiate, and onboard top creators into the Affiliate Program through strategic acquisition packages and performance-based partnerships.

Drive livestream collaborations with creators to increase platform traffic and conversion.

Manage relationships with MCNs to scale creator acquisition through paid-per-stream models.

Support the end-to-end operations of the KOL incubation program, including onboarding, workflow execution, and performance tracking.

Provide creators with guidance, resources, and insights to improve livestream quality, engagement, and sales performance.

Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for growth in orders, traffic, and viewer retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to secure creative, tech, and operational support for KOL activities.

Qualifications

Experience in influencer marketing, livestream commerce, or creator partnerships.

Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage both creators and external partners.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy and execution.

Experience managing or coordinating contract teams or field agents is a plus.

Passionate about content, creators, and shaping the future of digital commerce.
