We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to establish and lead our Transformation and Business Excellence organization. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in process improvement methodologies and frameworks, manage project plans, drive standardization of practices, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
What you are accountable for
- Provide expertise in process improvement methodologies such as eTOM, SixSigma, and Lean / Kaizen
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Drive standardization of practices across projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and manage process documents throughout the project lifecycle (Build, Operate, and Transfer)
- Manage project communication, ensuring clear and consistent updates to stakeholders
- Organize and manage project schedules, including meetings, action tracking, and closure
- Identify and highlight project risks and conflicts, proposing mitigation strategies
- Ensure end‑end project delivery with expected outcomes and periodic reporting
- Build and track project success KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop business cases and simplify processes using Lean methodologies
- Utilize tools such as MS Project Plan (MPP), MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel for project management and reporting
- Conduct industry benchmarking to ensure best practices are implemented
- Maintain logs for actions, risks, lessons learned, and escalations
- Ensure project completion and achievement of KPIs
What do you need for the role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (eTOM, SixSigma, Lean / Kaizen)Proven experience in managing complex projects and driving standardization of practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvementProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project Plan (MPP), MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS ExcelAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesCertification in SixSigma, Lean, or other relevant methodologies is a plus.Leadership and team managementStrategic thinking and planningEffective communication and stakeholder managementAnalytical and problem‑solving skillsProject management and organizational skillsContinuous improvement mindsetWhat’s next
