As the Customer Service Executive, you are responsible to :
Handle shipment booking, quotations, rates enquiries, billing and closing of jobs
Maintain client records and follow up emails with the clients, overseas agents, and shippers.
Monitor incoming shipments from receiving the pre-alert from overseas agents.
Prepare the necessary documents for custom clearance process.
Monitor and update the custom clearance process to the consignee, shipper or overseas agent until the shipment is released and sent to the consignee’s address.
Act as a liaison between the client and other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.
Ensure that all customers’ queries are well investigated and resolved.
Handle office administration such as customer service reports and all documents and files are completed smoothly.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Diploma in logistics, supply chain or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Have good knowledge in air and sea freight forwarding.
Good understanding of the import flow and government regulations.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Good command of spoken and written English and local languages.
