What you'll be doing?

• Technical Support : Assist Sales & Service functions with proposal preparation, technical training, technology updates, and problem troubleshooting.
• Proposal Development : Collaborate with Sales & Service teams to create comprehensive technical proposals for client meetings and site visits.
• Training Facilitation : Conduct informative water treatment-related training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Industry Research : Gather and compile technical information on the water treatment industry and its products to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Problem Solving : Provide product and technical solutions to improve water treatment processes and address challenges.
• Versatile Contributor : Perform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
