Roles & Responsiblities

• Monthly payrolls – ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle of including tax, benefits, wages etc. are processed, reconciled, and transmitted accurately and timely
• Ensure all payroll operations are compliance with statutory law & regulations and align with corporate HR-Payroll polices and strategies
• Provide support to country HR and finance in term of payroll related matters, including third party payment, GL distribution, payroll funding process, external / internal audit, and statutory filings
• Support in-house projects in term of payroll matters
• Handle employees’ Q&A in terms of payroll matters
• Maintain updated payroll Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) timely
