You will support both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, including demos, technical proposals, integrations, and end‑user training.

Technical Skills

• 3–5 years experience with CRM / omnichannel / chatbot / ITSM deployment
• Strong understanding of SaaS & cloud applications
• REST API, JSON, Postman / Swagger
• Basic chatbot flow design
• Experience integrating CRM, email, mobile app, and social media systems
