Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Possess a pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent in both English and Malay (spoken and written).
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Managing Director, CEO, CFO, and Senior Secretary in managing personal and administrative matters.
Prepare cheques and payment vouchers for both company and personal transactions.
Update and monitor daily cash flow for all incoming and outgoing transactions.
Perform data entry and record all types of expenses, including donations, house maintenance bills, directors’ personal expenses, and credit card spending.
Maintain proper safekeeping and filing of important documents, such as grants and original documents belonging to the Managing Director.
Handle the renewal of all certificates and licenses related to the Managing Director.
Manage renewal of vehicle insurance and road tax for both company and personal cars.
Assist in preparing and updating minutes of meetings.
Undertake ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
Arrange travel logistics for the Managing Director, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
