Sr. Finance Executive – Selangor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Finance Executive to support financial operations across multiple regional entities within the group. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance and efficient coordination between regional and corporate finance teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross functional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with Finance teams across our offices in Southeast Asia for accounting and finance related functions.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports and other financial analyses.

Assist in budget preparation, forecasts and OPEX tracking for regional entities.

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and other professional service providers in the region.

Support external / internal audit processes, IPO readiness activities and ensure completeness of documentation across entities.

Provide guidance and support to the local finance teams in the region to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements :

Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.

Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an additional advantage.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in a regional finance or audit role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience in SAP B1 will be an added advantage.

Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with regional teams.

Proactive, independent and eager to learn.

Good excel knowledge.
