Overview
Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Maintain attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Liaise with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and LHDN for statutory submissions. Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and company policies. Support employee engagement, performance review, and training programs. Assist in developing a supportive and collaborative work environment. Prepare HR reports and assist in audits or HR projects. Handle foreign worker documentation (e.g., FOMEMA, JTK, FWCMS) and welfare (permits, accommodation, etc.). Track time attendance records for payroll.

Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.2 years of relevant HR experience.Knowledge of statutory contributions ( EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF ).Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR / payroll systems.Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized.Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
