We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our HR team in the fast-paced Food & Beverage industry. This role plays a key part in managing HR operations, supporting business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional HR support across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate and drive employee engagement programs and activities
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Prepare HR reports, data analysis, and recommendations for management review
- Provide guidance and HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industryStrong knowledge of HR operations and relevant labor lawsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is an advantageHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitaskProfessional demeanor with a proactive and positive attitude#J-18808-Ljbffr
