Human Resourse Executive

Responsibilities

• Carry out induction to new joiners of the company.
• Manage and organise all leaves applied by all departments.
• Keep track of and update new joiners or resignees on the company medical & insurance.
• Handle all P&C HR-related documents : Offer Letters and others.
• Handle all training-related processes.
• Check all employees' overtime claims through the internal system.
• Check and record employees' entitlement claims.
• Screen candidates and arrange interviews for the hiring manager.
• Be a guardian for certain compliances.
• Experience with certain migration processes.
• Involved in company activities - staff welfare arrangements.
• Ad-hoc tasks as required.
