Retail Marketing Support / Retail Sales Promoter

Overview

The Retail Sales Promoter plays a key role in driving brand presence and sales performance at retail touchpoints. This position is responsible for promoting and supporting multiple assigned brands across various retail outlets, ensuring strong product visibility and customer engagement. The promoter will actively support in-store retail sales activities, product demonstrations, and customer consultations, while also representing the brands during roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Promote and represent multiple brands across assigned retail outlets, ensuring strong product visibility and brand consistency.
• Drive retail sales performance by actively engaging customers, delivering product demonstrations, and providing recommendations based on customer needs.
• Support retail sales activities including in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Participate in roadshows, events, and exhibitions to increase product awareness and generate new customer leads.
• Maintain product displays and merchandising standards to ensure attractive and accurate product presentation.
• Monitor and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to the supervisor / management team.
• Assist with stock management including inventory checks, replenishment, and coordination with store staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support, building positive relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
