Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Admin & WhatsApp Support) — Malaysia

Responsibilities

Support lead generation, prospect research & data entry
Handle corporate emails, messages & assist in follow-ups
Prepare documents, reports & ad hoc tasks as assigned
Assist business owner in daily tasks

Qualifications

Detail-oriented, responsible & responsive

Independent, quick thinker & organized

Must have own laptop & stable internet

Fluent in English & Malay (Chinese is a plus)

Prior admin experience is a plus
