Manage all recruitment channels and candidate pipelines for stakeholders.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure job descriptions are up to date.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate interview sessions.
Facilitate the offer and onboarding process for successful candidates.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Training
Coordinate induction and training programs for new and existing employees.
Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation to meet audit requirements.
Gather feedback and propose improvements for training programs.
Employee Relations, Probation & Compliance
Monitor and coordinate probation review and confirmation processes.
Handle staff medical insurance matters including inclusion, deletion, and claims coordination.
Assist in managing employee disciplinary or grievance issues in line with company policy.
Ensure HR activities comply with current employment laws and regulations.
HR Administration & Reporting
Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and confirmation letters.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required.
Assist in HRDF claims and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Support ad-hoc HR projects and assignments as directed.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and training.
Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Law and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
