Requirements

  • Language : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years with related field, Customer Service, Administrator, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Have a strong sense of time management
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work during peak floral seasons, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • 6 working days

Responsibilities

  • Handle florist order and assist flora arrangement
  • Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
  • Handle in-store and online orders to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Manage order processing cycle with other departments (whatapp,IG, FB order)
  • Issue invoice, delivery order and check payments with accounts department
  • Stock take and inventory accountability (florist inventory)
  • Handle and follow up customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide professional advice to help customers choose suitable flowers, bouquet types or design styles
  • Coordinate delivery or arrange self-pickup to ensure that the bouquets reach the customer within the specified time with Logistic department
  • Ensure floral arrangements meet a set standard of quality
