Requirements

  • Language Proficiency : Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
  • Availability : Flexibility to daily work 8 hours,5 working days weekly, without night shift.
  • Experience : While candidates with 6 months or more of customer service experience are preferred, we encourage recent graduates to apply. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Start Date : Ability to commence work immediately is advantageous .

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by promptly addressing and resolving inquiries. Your responsibilities include :

  • Customer Interaction and Support : Monitor incoming customer service channels and provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries by Email, LiveChat and phone call .
  • Feedback Analysis and Resolution : Categorize customer feedback to identify recurring issues and address them effectively according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Security Alarm Response : Manage customer service inquiries related to security alarms, ensuring swift and appropriate action.
