We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function in a fast-paced EMS environment. The role focuses on strategic HR management, workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and driving HR initiatives that support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for local, foreign, and contract employees.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management.
- Develop training and development programs to support business and compliance requirements.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, IR Act, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and support management on workforce planning and succession.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in EMS / manufacturing.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations, and foreign worker management.Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and manpower planning.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Job Type : Full-time
