Sales Operations Supervisor

Job Description

Works with company-wide cross functional teams to provide timely and accurate forecasts to executive teams on Booking / Shipment / Revenue

Need to be able to quickly come up to speed on company products and leverage that learning to manage forecasts

• Develop / maintain close relationship with overseas Sales and Regional Business Operations team to achieve the desired forecast objectives; align with their input as well as provide directions back to the team to achieve company goals on a regular basis
• Work closely with Sales / Finance / Business Development team to review and monitor commercial deals execution to ensure compliance and uphold company's business objectives

Support Sales, BD, and R&D team's effort in new business opportunities, and understand its potential impact to near-term & long-term business forecast

Manage configuration, non-standard requests, shipment slotting, and shipment delivery

Collaborate with overseas Account team and Order Fulfillment team to understand customer's specifications and configuration needs

Respond to any post-delivery issues, drive mitigation plan and root cause analysis by leading cross-functional alignment

Assist Corporate Business Development and Account Teams in preparing & hosting customer meeting to improve business outcome

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
