Job descriptionPossess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems or ERP software. Strong understanding of financial reporting, journal entries, and reconciliation processes. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department coordination. Experience in handling multiple retail outlets or accounts consolidation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update group reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including supporting documents, as part of the consolidation process.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of consolidation accounts and annual budgets.
- Manage the monthly financial closing process and prepare financial reports.
- Support management reporting and compile data for group and regulatory reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of documents for audit purposes.
- Provide support to the finance team with various accounting-related tasks.
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements for the Group.
