Job descriptionTo assist our Building Manager / Executive on M&E matters. To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well maintained. Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to the schedule. Assist in monitoring all works being performance by outside contractors and service providers. Responsible for alerting the Building Manager / Executive of any unusual occurrence and / or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
Requirements : -
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Plumbing / Air-Cond.
- 1-3 years working experience in highrise building.
- Good discipline and able to work independently
- Maternity leave

Job Type : Permanent
Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
