  • To assist our Building Manager / Executive on M&E matters.
  • To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well maintained.
  • Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to the schedule.
  • Assist in monitoring all works being performance by outside contractors and service providers.
  • Responsible for alerting the Building Manager / Executive of any unusual occurrence and / or damage that have taken place or that may occur.

    • Requirements : -

    • Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Plumbing / Air-Cond.
    • 1-3 years working experience in highrise building.
    • Good discipline and able to work independently

      • Job Type : Permanent

      Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
