Senior Specialist, Procurement(Chinese Speaker)

Overview

Senior Specialist, Procurement (Chinese Speaker) role at Organon. Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This position is part of the Global Procurement & Supplier Management (GPSM) Organization and involves developing and executing direct and indirect sourcing strategies, supported by agile processes and supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

• Execute and enable catalog strategies to ensure execution with preferred suppliers and leverage negotiated pricing and savings models.
• Collaborate with the PPE Leadership team to develop and align KPIs and SLAs to maximize value across GPSM for procurement operational activities and strategic contract support.
• Identify AI opportunities for the PPE team, develop business requirements, and create business cases with ROI justification.
• Represent PPE on the GPSM AI Team to enable AI tools that streamline procurement operations, reduce costs, and improve decision-making. Support supplier management, risk assessment, and contract negotiations through AI-enabled insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on benchmarking, industry trends, and report analysis.
• Assist with tactical department improvements, including stakeholder payable support, knowledge articles, and global projects.
• Collaborate with the contracting team and provide support when needed.
